Each order identifies its seller and buyer before checkout and on the invoice.
The seller supplies your goods
The farm or business named as the seller lists and supplies the products. The seller is responsible for accurate listings, product quality and suitability, its applicable taxes, delivery or collection arrangements, and its return commitments.
Review the seller's business contact, delivery arrangements and return terms before ordering. AgriHubTT invoices are issued on that seller's behalf; they identify the buyer separately.
The buyer's role
Provide accurate contact and billing information. Pay using the agreed checkout method, inspect your goods, and confirm receipt only after you actually receive them. Keep communications and supporting evidence on your order.
AgriHubTT's marketplace role
AgriHubTT provides listings, account access, order records, invoice tools, payment integration and marketplace review tools. It is not the supplier of third-party sellers' goods.
Seller review means staff recorded checks of business evidence, contact information, payout details and selling terms. It is not a guarantee of product quality, delivery or future conduct.
If something goes wrong
Contact the seller through your order. Open a dispute for non-delivery, incorrect goods, payment concerns or suspected fraud, and attach relevant evidence. Open cases block seller payouts that have not already been transferred.
Dispute review is not automatic insurance, an escrow service or a guarantee of reimbursement. Refunds and payment reversals depend on the actual payment route and the outcome of review. These role descriptions and seller terms do not remove rights or obligations that apply by law.
Keep your transaction safer
- Check the named seller and agreed total before paying.
- Use the checkout's hosted payment page; do not send card details in messages.
- A screenshot, invoice or delivery photo alone does not prove payment or delivery.
- Never confirm receipt because someone pressures you to release a payout.
- Report suspicious requests and keep the supporting conversation on the order.
